Account Information
When you register, we collect your email address, display name, and an encrypted password. If you connect your eBay account, we store an encrypted OAuth token to act on your behalf.
Product Photos & Listing Data
Photos you upload are processed by AI to generate listings. Your photos and listing data are stored on our servers and are only used to provide the service. We do not sell, share, or use your photos for AI training.
Usage & Analytics
We track listing counts, AI token usage, and feature usage to monitor plan limits and improve the service. We do not use third-party tracking scripts or advertising cookies.
Payment Information
Payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your full credit card number. Stripe's privacy policy governs payment data handling.
We use your data to: provide and maintain the service, generate AI-powered listings from your photos, publish listings to eBay on your behalf, process payments and enforce plan limits, send transactional emails (verification, receipts), and improve service reliability and performance.
Your product photos are sent to Anthropic's Claude AI for analysis. Anthropic processes this data under their data processing agreement and does not use your data to train their models. We send only the images and a structured prompt — no personal information is included in AI requests.
We share data only with: eBay (listing data and images you choose to publish), Anthropic (product photos for AI analysis), Stripe (payment processing), and Resend (transactional emails). We do not sell your data. We do not share data with advertisers.
Your account data is retained as long as your account is active. Listing data is retained for 12 months after listing creation. Product photos are deleted within 30 days of listing deletion. You can request full account deletion at any time by contacting us.
You have the right to: access your personal data, correct inaccurate data, delete your account and data, export your listing data, and withdraw consent for optional processing. To exercise these rights, email privacy@easylist.pro.
We protect your data with: encrypted passwords (bcrypt), encrypted eBay tokens (Fernet), HTTPS everywhere, rate limiting, security headers (HSTS, XSS protection), and regular security reviews.
We use only essential cookies: a JWT authentication token stored in localStorage and a theme preference. We do not use advertising, analytics, or third-party tracking cookies.
We may update this policy. Material changes will be communicated via email or an in-app notification. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
