By creating an account or using Easy List, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use the service.

Easy List provides AI-powered listing generation for eBay sellers. You upload product photos, our AI generates listing details (titles, descriptions, item specifics, pricing suggestions), and you can publish listings to eBay through our platform. All AI-generated content should be reviewed before publishing. You are responsible for the accuracy of your listings.

You must provide a valid email address and create a secure password. You are responsible for all activity under your account. You must not share your account credentials. You must be at least 18 years old to use the service. One person or entity per account unless on a Business or Enterprise plan.

When you connect your eBay account, you authorize us to create, modify, and publish listings on your behalf. You remain fully responsible for all listings published through Easy List, including compliance with eBay's policies, accuracy of product descriptions, and any claims made in listings. We are not responsible for eBay account suspensions resulting from listing content.

Listing content is generated by AI and may contain errors. You must review all generated content before publishing. We do not guarantee the accuracy of AI-identified brands, models, conditions, or pricing suggestions. You accept full responsibility for any AI-generated content you publish. AI-suggested prices are estimates only and should not be relied upon as market valuations.

Free accounts include 15 listings per month. Paid plans are billed monthly through Stripe. You can cancel at any time; access continues through the end of the billing period. We may change pricing with 30 days' notice. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. Unused listings do not roll over between billing periods.

You may not use Easy List to list prohibited, illegal, or counterfeit items, misrepresent product condition or authenticity, generate fraudulent or misleading listings, violate eBay's terms of service, attempt to reverse-engineer or scrape our AI systems, or resell or redistribute the service without permission.

You retain ownership of your photos and listing content. You grant us a license to process your photos and data to provide the service. We own the Easy List platform, brand, and technology. AI-generated descriptions are not copyrightable and may not be unique.

Easy List is provided "as is." We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, AI accuracy, eBay API availability, or specific sales outcomes. Our total liability is limited to the fees you've paid in the last 12 months. We are not liable for lost sales, eBay account actions, or indirect damages.

You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. Upon termination, your data will be deleted per our privacy policy.

We may update these terms. Material changes will be communicated via email. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
